Shipping & Returns Policy
Please note that due to the unfortunate changes relating to the Brexit decision orders from the UK to EU may incur customs and VAT charges which are outside of my control. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. If for any reason you decide not to accept the parcel and the products are returned to me I will refund the value of the order minus any charges that have been incurred.
If you would like a refund on an order please get in touch with me as soon as possible - within 14 days of purchase.

Any yarn returned must be in it’s original re-sellable condition. Custom dye-to-order listings cannot be cancelled or returned as this is product dyed to spec. When I issue a refund it will be minus any charges incurred by card fees etc.
I am to dispatch any orders which are ready to ship within 1-2 weeks. Please bear in mind I run this business alongside a full time day job and so my main opportunity to dispatch is the weekend.
My domestic UK parcels are sent 2nd class Royal Mail delivery and arrive promptly within a few days of dispatch. Please be patient with Royal Mail as there are select times when they are under pressure due to the pandemic.
International orders are sent using Royal Mail’s tracked delivery service. Please be aware due to the pandemic parcels sent internationally are taking much longer to arrive with their recipients.
